This is a thing that has confounded me. They are reaching for what is biblical, and finding no evidence of Christmas and Easter being practiced in the Bible, they cling to the Jewish feasts because they can be found.

They ignore the WHY and that they were commanded to remind of what God has done for Israel and instead of applying that to what God has done for the world, they cling to someone else's posterity instead of their own.

They don't trust the church to testify to the truth of Christ.

Celebrating Jewish festivals is akin to rejecting the Christ, same as observing Eid and other actual pagan festivals (no, it has been itterly debunked that the Feasts of the Nativity and Resurrection are based in pagan tradition, and to hold to that falsity is pure cope.) The festivals we observe centre on the life of Christ as well as his Apostles and the faithful following the Apostolic Age.

I probably do not need to say this but I wanna be clear, anyone reading this article or my comment should take it as inherently anti-semitic. I condemn anti-semitism and racism in their actual manifestations, not what corporate press has conflated it. Jew hatred and racism has no place in those who have Christ for their King and Saviour.
