I had this same thought recently. I think the boom in converts over the past year or two and the sudden "moment" that Catholicism is having in the public sphere are fruits of the Eucharistic Revival.
The Church mobilized instead of just running business as usual.
I have some ideas on how to make it bigger
1. Fog machines instead of incense
2. More synodality in the planning process

One of my sons got to go with a group of teens from our parish. Maybe I'll be able to get to the next one, it sounded like it was a great experience.
I just want to say that #2 is ACTUAL synodality, not whatever was being done in town (parish?) hall q&a surveys.
